Hosting and Data Retention Policy
“Hosting Renewals and Account Suspension: > Web hosting services are provided on a pre-paid basis. Clients are responsible for ensuring that renewal invoices are paid on or before the due date. If payment is not received by the renewal date, the hosting account will be suspended.
Data Deletion and Backups: Upon expiration or non-payment of a hosting plan, Seainfotech is under no obligation to retain the client’s website data, source code, databases, or backups. If an account remains unpaid past its due date, the server space will be reallocated, and all associated files will be permanently and irreversibly deleted from our systems.
Seainfotech is not liable for any data loss, business interruption, or damages resulting from the deletion of files due to an unpaid or expired hosting account. Clients are strongly encouraged to maintain their own independent backups of their website files.”
